2. What Data We Collect

A. Contact Form Data (When You Contact Us)

When you submit one of the two forms on our Contact page, we receive the information you enter:

• Customer request: name, email address, company, trades involved, anticipated team size, service model, estimated duration and description of your Work Package.
• Application: name, email address, nationality, specialties, experience and qualifications and, if you add them, your LinkedIn profile and your CV/resume.

B. Website Analytics Data (Google Analytics)

Only if you consent (see section 6), we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This includes:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Referrer source (how you found us)
• Device type and browser information
• Approximate location (country, region, city)
• Interaction data (clicks, scrolls, form submissions)

This data is linked to a random identifier stored in the _ga cookie, not to your name. Google Analytics uses your IP address only at the time of collection, to derive your approximate location, and does not log or store it.

C. Technical Data

When you load a page, our host's servers receive your IP address and information about your browser, in order to deliver the page and protect the website. The fonts of this website are hosted on our own server: no request is sent to Google Fonts.

For Contact Form Data:

• Consent: Google Analytics requires your consent before any data collection. You give or refuse it in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of our pages.

5. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze website traffic and user behavior. Here are the details:

IP Address: Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. When a measurement is collected, your browser sends your IP address to Google, which uses it only to derive your approximate location.

Cookie Consent: Google Analytics only loads if you have accepted cookies in our cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of our pages: choosing "Decline" stops the measurement and deletes the Google Analytics cookies.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website sets Google Analytics cookies only with your consent. It also keeps two preferences in your browser (local storage), your language and your cookie choice, which are not sent to us. When you send a form, it briefly keeps the type of form sent (session storage), used only to count the submission in Google Analytics if you have consented.

• _ga: stores a random identifier that distinguishes visitors. Duration: 2 years
• _ga_[ID]: keeps the state of your visit (session). Duration: 2 years

These cookies are placed only if you consent to analytics via our cookie banner.

Refusing or Withdrawing Consent:

You can refuse cookies in the banner on your first visit, and give or withdraw your consent at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of our pages, which reopens the banner. Choosing "Decline" deletes the Google Analytics cookies set by this website. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

Contact Form Data:

We retain contact form submissions for a maximum of 3 years from the date of submission. After this period, your data is securely deleted unless we have a legal obligation to retain it longer.

Our form provider, FormSubmit, keeps a copy of each submission for 30 days and does not keep attached files.

Google Analytics Data:

We have set Google Analytics to keep user-level and event-level data for 14 months, the longest period offered by its standard version. Aggregated statistics, with no identifier, may be kept longer.

8. Your Rights (GDPR & Data Protection Laws)

If you are a resident of the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with data protection regulations similar to the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to Data Portability: You can request your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Right to Object: You can object to certain types of processing, including marketing communications.
• Right to Restrict Processing: You can request limitation of how we process your data.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before; for analytics, use the "Manage cookies" link.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: You can file a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL).

9. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except as described below:

Service Providers:

The following providers process your data only to deliver their service to us:

• Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland): hosting of this website and of our email. Messages sent through our forms are delivered to mailboxes hosted in Switzerland.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): relays our two contact forms to our mailboxes and keeps a copy of each submission for 30 days. Before sending, its anti-robot check (Google reCAPTCHA) may ask you to confirm that you are not a robot.
• Google LLC (United States): Google Analytics, only with your consent (sections 5 and 6), and reCAPTCHA, the anti-robot check used by FormSubmit, which receives technical data such as your IP address.

Google Analytics:

Only with your consent, Google Analytics receives the website usage data described in section 2.B, linked to the random identifier of the _ga cookie. We never send Google your name, your email address or the content of your forms.

Legal Requirements:

We may disclose your data if required by law or government request (e.g., court order, subpoena). We will notify you of such requests unless legally prohibited from doing so.

Business Transfers:

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

10. International Data Transfers

Google Analytics Data Processing in the US:

Google Analytics is operated by Google LLC, a US-based company. Google may process your website usage data in the United States and other countries. This processing is protected by:

• Google's Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
• Standard contractual clauses
• Adequacy decisions where applicable

By consenting to Google Analytics, you acknowledge that your website usage data may be processed outside your country.

Contact Form Data: Your form submissions pass through FormSubmit, whose policy does not state where its servers are located, and are then stored in our mailboxes, hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date below and, where appropriate, by a more visible notice on this website.

13. Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. Because there is no universally accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals, our website does not currently respond to DNT browser signals. However, you can control tracking via our cookie consent banner: if you decline cookies, Google Analytics will not be loaded and no tracking cookies will be placed on your device.

14. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
