Your Technicians On Your Site in 3 to 5 Months

A rigorous, milestone-driven timeline, paced over four sequential steps, from purchase order to first billable hour. The E-2 visa's direct consular route, free of quotas and lotteries, brings you qualified technicians where domestic recruitment routinely stalls for lack of them.

From Purchase Order to First Billable Hour

Month 0

Selection & E-2 Filing

The candidate is validated through our selection protocol. The E-2 "Essential Employee" visa application is prepared with our specialized immigration counsel and filed with the US Consulate.

Months 1-3

Consular Processing

Documentation review and interview at the US Consulate in Paris, handled by the dedicated E-visa unit. The E-2 visa is typically issued within 2 to 4 months and, for French nationals, is valid for 48 months.

Arrival

Arrival & Soft Landing

The technician arrives in the US, with housing and a rental car booked before departure. Their first week is for settling in (bank, SSN and driver's license formalities, handled with our remote support) and for their HEMERA quality onboarding (AS 9100 standard).

On-Site

On-Site → Mission-Ready

The following week, the technician joins the client site. After the on-site induction (badge, safety, FOD), they take up their post and become fully Mission-Ready.

Zero Logistical Burden on Your Teams

A technician worried about housing, banking or family is not a productive technician. HEMERA handles the entire relocation so your teams receive an operator who is settled, focused and ready to perform from their first day on site.
