HEMERA delivers two integrated service models, Production and MRO, organized into centers of excellence. Every technician is a HEMERA employee, holding a European EASA Part-66 license or a French national vocational diploma, deployed exclusively on your site and led by their own HEMERA team leads.
Scope of work: our airplane mechanics, helicopter mechanics and avionics technicians hold European EASA Part-66 licenses. They hold no FAA mechanic or repairman certificate. They perform the work and sign each operation on your work documents, in accordance with your procedures. They do not sign the release of the article or any approval for return to service: those signatures remain with the individuals you have authorized, under whichever FAA approvals may apply to your operation. Every technician is qualified for the scope assigned to them.
Six centers of excellence spanning the entire production chain, from structural build-up to final aircraft delivery. Our French technicians work under your quality system and to your procedures.
Assembly of metal and composite airframes, drilling and riveting; composite processing, curing, structural repair, sanding and resin application.
Installation and routing of electrical wiring, connection of hydraulic, fuel, oxygen and flight-control systems, and engine integration.
Installation of panels and linings, galleys, lavatories, seats, carpeting and partition walls for VIP and commercial interiors.
System tests, final integration and troubleshooting on advanced production phases, engine systems, avionics, hydraulics, fuel systems, and aircraft delivery.
Quality control independent of the production teams: conformity verification and inspection of the work they perform.
The HEMERA team lead is accountable for delivering the work package: they direct the crew, interface with your shop managers and ensure operational continuity.
