Teams are deployed exclusively on your site and led by a HEMERA supervisory line (supervisors, crew chiefs) that interfaces with your workshop managers, adaptive management, not isolated temps.

PO-Secured Deployment

No expert is projected onto US soil without a secured Purchase Order. Signing the PO triggers the exclusive reservation of the selected profiles, your capacity is locked in.
