Teams Employed and Led by HEMERA, Dedicated to Your Work Package

HEMERA deploys teams of French aircraft technicians, its own employees, to perform the work you entrust to us within your production and MRO operations, under your quality system and in accordance with your procedures. What the domestic market does not supply, as the figures below show, HEMERA provides and sustains: stable technical capacity.

A HEMERA Team on Your Shop Floor

HEMERA is accountable for its technicians; your organization remains accountable for conformity and release to service.

A HEMERA Employee

Every technician is a HEMERA employee under a U.S. employment contract. HEMERA pays wages and benefits and retains sole authority to direct, discipline, and terminate its personnel.

HEMERA Team Leadership

At your facility, each team is led by its own HEMERA team lead, the single point of contact for your shop management.

Committed Capacity

Upon signature of the purchase order, your HEMERA team is assigned to the Work Package and that capacity is committed to you.

Two Convergent Foundations

A legal framework and a personal one: HEMERA's team stability is built on both.

1

Contractual and Regulatory Framework

All of our technicians hold expatriate status and U.S. work authorization tied exclusively to HEMERA, which supports their relocation, carries out their immigration filings and handles their payroll. That authorization does not carry over to another U.S. employer, unlike a local hire.

2

Cultural and Social Framework

A full expatriation support program (housing, schooling, vehicle, spousal employment support) helps each household settle in the United States. Relieved of the constraints of relocation, our technicians enjoy a genuine peace of mind, the foundation of the focus and commitment to excellence they bring to your operations.

U.S. Openings Every Year

Aircraft and avionics mechanics and technicians, over the 2024 to 2034 period, largely to replace workers who change occupation or retire. Our technicians are HEMERA employees: their U.S. work authorization does not carry over to another employer, unlike a local hire.

The Greatest Labor Shortage in US Aerospace History

HEMERA positions itself precisely at the intersection of an unprecedented skills shortage and a pool of qualified French technical expertise, deployable within 3 to 5 months.
